Local Exploration

After securing a bike within my first few months abroad, I was able to explore much more of the area around me. I would ride both to and from work, and in the evenings, especially after it got brighter, I spent a lot of time riding around Jülich. I lived here for 5.5 out of 7 months, so I will focus this section on that area, though I will also add photos from Cologne, where I lived for a month and a half. I really enjoyed exploring rural Germany via bike and was able to see places I would not have otherwise been able to see. ​​​​​
