Me
Hi! My name is Griffin Miller and I'm a fifth year Mechanical Engineering Technology student at the University of Cincinnati.
Background
I'm originally from just outside of Cincinnati and have spent my whole life exploring the areas in and around the city. I initially started out at UC in Communication Design, a program in the school's College of Architecture, Art, Planning, and Design but switched into MET after one year. I'm still passionate about art and design, but enjoy practicing in a non-professional manner. Engineering has always been of interest to me and I'm thrilled that I chose to switch!
Interests
Outside of school, you'll find me reading, researching, and often times out in the world photographing. I'm passionate about so many topics and I love learning about anything and everything, so I've often got my nose in a book or an article. I've recently picked up cycling, which pairs well with my photography hobby, and I've been really enjoying seeing the areas I'm familiar with in a new way. Some of my other interests include prototyping and making, and I've spent a lot of time at UC's 1819 innovation hub gaining certifications and working on projects in their wood and metal shops.
